Sauteed Spinach ( Indian Style )

Ingredients:

1/4 big onion ( finely chopped )
4 - 5 big cloves of garlic ( coarsely chopped )
1 large bunch of spinach ( coarsely chopped )
2 tbsp oil
salt

Directions:

Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and onions till golden brown. Add spinach and sautee till fully cooked and add salt to taste.

  1. replace garlic with ginger, oil with butter, and then finally add sour cream or yogurt to get yummy palak raita
